The executive experience behind industrial consulting

The ability to deliver practical industrial-automation solutions cannot be built on theory alone. Establishing financial and administrative structures, making sustained real-world use of mechanized project- and production-control systems, and correcting methods through years of operational lessons formed the foundation of this capability. At times, Aftabgoon's project workforce exceeded one hundred people. Continuous knowledge of commercial, labor and social-security regulations, together with liability-insurance requirements, was therefore essential to sound project management and to the effective training and deployment of industrial systems.

From managing an execution organization to industrial automation

Aftabgoon began as a graded contracting company. Delivering construction and MEP projects for public-sector institutions required the company to establish a disciplined and controllable connection between design, planning, procurement, execution and final handover.

Managing simultaneous projects across different regions of the country and leading large execution teams would not have been possible without an integrated financial and administrative organization, continuous cost and schedule control, and a sound command of commercial, labor, social-security and liability-insurance requirements.

The CEO's manufacturing background at the Almofil factory, combined with experience in supplying and maintaining the utilities of large buildings, connected this management capability with a practical understanding of production downtime, maintenance, workforce and factory constraints.

On this basis, Aftabgoon's industrial-automation recommendations are never limited to machinery procurement. Process design, organizational readiness, workforce training, correct system implementation and performance monitoring are also integral to the consultant's responsibility.

How Aftabgoon's capabilities were built

From major-project contracting to factory consulting and commissioning

Industrial consulting was not Aftabgoon's starting point. It was the outcome of decades of execution experience, project-organization development and direct exposure to manufacturing.

01
The beginning

A graded contracting company

Aftabgoon began by delivering construction and MEP projects. A substantial share of its contracts were awarded by public-sector institutions, including Bank Saderat of Fars Province and the Fars Province Housing and Urban Development Organization.

02
Project-management infrastructure

Regulatory knowledge and execution-organization development

To control simultaneous projects in different parts of the country, the company's financial, administrative and execution structures were developed, while knowledge of commercial, labor and social-security regulations became a core management capability.

03
Field experience

Delivery of major construction and MEP projects

Managing contracts, workforce, cost, schedule, procurement and the maintenance of large-building utilities advanced Aftabgoon's capability from operational execution to integrated project control.

04
Connection with industry

Combining contracting experience with manufacturing knowledge

The CEO's manufacturing background at Almofil and direct understanding of factory realities, combined with contracting and organizational-management experience, established the foundation for Aftabgoon's work on industrial problems.

05
A natural transition

Entering industrial-consulting engagements

Clients began drawing on Aftabgoon's accumulated experience in execution, regulation, organization, manufacturing and utilities to assess problems, design solutions and manage factory-development programs.

06
Capability maturity

Factory consulting, design and commissioning

Aftabgoon's industrial consulting today is the result of this multi-decade journey: from contracts and jobsites to design, technology selection, commissioning, production monitoring and knowledge transfer to the client.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Decades of experience in manufacturing, factory management and industrial-project consulting define Aftabgoon's approach: decisions must be technically sound, economically justified, measurable and executable.

The consultant's responsibility begins with understanding the problem and continues through risk control, knowledge transfer and the achievement of practical results for the client.
